Jinshan Campus, a subsidiary entity of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (CQMU), is a nonprofit Class A tertiary comprehensive hospital in Liangjiang New Area. It provides medical, rehabilitation, and health-care service to both domestic and international patients. In 2020, English enquiry and appointment hotline for foreign patients was put in use. In 2024, The International/VIP Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was open in Jinshan Campus.

Location

Jinshan Campus covering 159,000 square meters is located at No.50 Jin Yu Avenue of Liangjiang New Area. It abuts by two main avenues, Jinyu Avenue and Jinkai Avenue, which makes it very convenient to reach either by bus or by private car. It is also near Yuanyang Station and Jintong Station along CRT Line No.3, and Huxiajie Station along CRT Line No.5.

Situated at the foot of a greenery hill with a beautiful lake dotted in the center, 70% area occupied by green plants, Jinshan Campus provides for our patients a very comfortable and amiable environment.

Facility

Jinshan Campus has two major buildings, Comprehensive Building and Obstetrics Building with total structures close to 120,000 square meters.

There are 1,000 beds designed, and 629 beds in use at the first stage. Jinshan Campus has 40 clinical and medical departments, including General Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Oncology, Emergency Medicine, ICU, Anesthesiology, Physical Examination Center, Endoscopy Center, Rehabilitation Medicine, Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine, Psychological Health Center, Clinical Laboratory, Pharmacy, Ultrasonic Examination, Radiology/Imaging, Blood Transfusion, etc.

Medical teams consisting of elite doctors from the First Affiliated Hospital of CQMU station at Jinshan Campus all year round, which helps to provide high-quality, efficient medical and health care for both local and international patients with excellent medical and nursing service.

Jinshan Campus has advanced medical equipments, such as Ingenia 3.0T MR,1.5T Signa HDxt MR,IQon Spectral CT,Innova 4100-IQ DSA(Digital Subtraction Angiography),Orthopedic Surgery Table,imported Gastroscopy, Uterus/Laparoscopy, etc.

Since August 2016, Jinshan Campus has started to promote MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Teams), which covers out-patient service and ward rounds service. Specialists from different disciplinary would come together to discuss one case and give advices from respective points, which helps to make a comprehensive outfit treatment plan for each individual patient and thus bring convenience to patients and achieve optimal effect.
