Cao Yi, the instructor of Level 4 Gynecologic Endoscopy Training Base of Ministry of Health, one of the leaders of Level 4 Gynecologic Endoscopy Training Base of Ministry of Health in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, the leader of Hysteroscopy Group, the deputy director of Chongqing Gynecologic Endoscopy Center, and the current leader of the Department of Gynecology on Jinshan Campus.

He has been engaged in obstetrics and gynecology for more than 30 years, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of various gynecological tumors, such as: cervical malignant tumors, ovarian malignant tumors, endometrial malignant tumors, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, etc. He is especially good at the diagnosis of various difficult diseases and difficult surgeries under hysteroscopy, such as surgery for severe uterine adhesions after abortion and post-operative pregnancy management, surgery for correction of uterine malformations (e.g. incomplete longitudinal uterus, saddle-shaped (e.g., incomplete longitudinal septum, saddle-shaped uterus, etc.), treatment of uterine bleeding diseases (e.g., removal of giant submucosal fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial hot bulb treatment for abnormal uterine bleeding secondary to various internal diseases, endometrial electrosurgery, endometrial polyp removal, etc.), treatment of pregnancy-related diseases (e.g., cesarean incision pregnancy removal, horn pregnancy removal, trophoblastic disease treatment, etc.), and repair of cesarean incision diverticulum, etc. So far, he has completed nearly 10,000 gynecological surgeries.
